Russian Hospital Programmer Sentenced to 14 Years for Unauthorized Disclosure of Military Personnel Data to Ukraine
A Russian court has imposed a 14-year sentence in a high-security penal colony on a former hospital programmer for allegedly leaking personal data of Russian military personnel to Ukraine. The court, located in the Irkutsk region, convicted 37-year-old Alexander Levchishin of treason after he unlawfully accessed and copied electronic medical records of Russian soldiers from a healthcare facility.
